Building Engineer — Class A Office Tower

What you'll do

• Inspect building areas and report or correct deficiencies
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• respond to emergencies and tenant reports
• coordinate vendors and contractors
• monitor utilities and update tracking records
• maintain fire and safety systems
• update work orders
• manage supplies and follow safety and access-control procedures.
