What you'll do

• Complete assigned guestrooms daily
• vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean floors, and mop rooms
• dust and polish furniture
• change linens and replenish bathroom and kitchen amenities
• clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops
• follow chemical-use and hotel safety guidelines
• report supply needs and maintenance issues
• respond professionally and patiently to reasonable guest complaints and requests.
