What you'll do

• Greet customers
• scan items and verify pricing
• process purchases
• handle cash, credit, coupons, discounts, refunds, and change
• bag or wrap items
• redeem applicable coupons and loyalty rewards
• answer questions and direct customers to products or departments
• resolve minor issues respectfully
• keep the checkout area clean and stocked
• follow cash-handling policies and report discrepancies
• assist teammates as needed.
