- Develops, implements, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for members with acute or chronic mental illness.
- Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
- Conducts psychological assessments, including test administration and interpretation.
- Collaborates with physicians in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications.
- Maintains confidential records and charts member progress in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.
