The Senior Project Manager, Construction role is onsite in Bethesda, MD, with a salary of $130,000–$150,000 per year. Travel throughout the DMV Region is required. The role supports a construction organization delivering complex projects. The project manager leads projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating teams, schedules, safety, procurement, quality, and financial controls to deliver work safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• establish objectives, responsibilities, schedules, and expectations
• enforce safety policies
• maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, subcontractors, and partners
• participate in business development, preconstruction, estimating, bidding, and constructability reviews
• coordinate project schedules and monitor progress
• manage procurement and subcontractor performance
• lead project meetings
• manage cost controls, change orders, forecasting, permits, RFIs, submittals, requisitions, invoices, and closeout
• mentor project team members.
