What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing Nursing Services operations
• communicate policies and monitor staff practices
• participate in admissions, management meetings, committees, and QAPI activities
• support staff performance, scheduling, recruitment, and training
• conduct resident rounds
• monitor infection control, incidents, and concerns
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• assist with surveys, budgets, and corrective actions
• may provide direct nursing care as necessary.
