What you'll do

• Lead negotiation, drafting, and review of construction, installation, pole and conduit, franchise, and access agreements
• negotiate network expansion agreements
• analyze laws and regulations affecting infrastructure deployment
• advise leadership and business partners on legal and regulatory risks
• oversee related litigation and disputes
• develop strategies for permitting delays
• collaborate with government affairs, engineering, and construction teams
• represent the company in negotiations with municipalities, utilities, and regulatory agencies
• manage governance and compliance programs
• serve as acting General Counsel when needed.
