What you'll do

• Lead Electric Power field service and West Sacramento shop operations
• supervise and develop assigned supervisors
• oversee service and overhaul work
• manage customer communication, resource planning, labor forecasting, budgets, scheduling, and project completion
• coordinate with service, sales, rental, parts, and administrative teams
• plan project safety
• monitor labor utilization, work orders, billing, profitability, and resource allocation
• develop technicians and training programs
• implement operational improvements and resolve customer escalations.
