• Support food, labor, and repair and maintenance cost stewardship
• contribute to yearly and quarterly planning
• oversee back-of-house staffing and operations
• develop and lead the back-of-house team
• support vision and service-model compliance
• develop team culture and training
• maintain alignment with the Operator and Director
• support scheduling and shift changes, hiring, and discipline processes
• drive sales growth and coach adherence to restaurant standards and procedures.
