• Participate in project safety plans and safety culture
• work with tools and complete assigned self-perform tasks as part of a crew
• learn construction techniques and company standards through hands-on training
• collaborate with tradespeople and project teams
• learn equipment use and construction processes
• incorporate Lean practices and participate in work-planning meetings as needed.
