What you'll do

• Perform and assign preventive maintenance for equipment, guestrooms, and hotel areas
• repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building components
• train, schedule, and coach maintenance staff
• coordinate projects and contractors
• maintain pool areas and exterior property
• monitor budgets, equipment, tools, and supplies
• ensure health, safety, and security compliance
• process purchase orders and invoices
• communicate facility information to property leadership.
