Facilities Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security
• conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• maintain facility and safety logs and Safety Data Sheets
• address leaks, outages, and system failures
• perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and groundskeeping
• maintain vehicles and equipment
• document work, parts, supplies, and time
• coordinate licensed services
• support cleanliness and sanitation
• respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
