The Field Foreman, Construction and Contracting Division position is field-based in La Plata, MD, with travel to project sites throughout the region. Compensation is $95,000–$125,000 per year. TTI Environmental provides environmental construction, mechanical installation, remediation, and compliance services. The foreman leads and participates in field construction work while coordinating crew members and subcontractors. The role supports safe, high-quality project execution by managing site activities, logistics, production, and communication with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Participate in excavation, trenching, piping installation, equipment setting, demolition, concrete work, and mechanical installation
• direct and mentor field personnel and subcontractors
• interpret project specifications and drawings
• coordinate with project managers, clients, inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors
• conduct safety meetings and complete job hazard analyses
• maintain field reports and project documentation
• manage site logistics, equipment, and materials
• communicate field changes and potential cost impacts.

Why this role
