CDL Driver

Job overview

The CDL Driver role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or until finished; overtime and earlier starts may be required. Starting pay is $24 per hour. HiEmployment is a locally owned staffing agency serving major Hawaiian islands. The driver delivers products along established routes, safely operates a box truck or van under 26,000 pounds, and handles loading and unloading. The role also maintains vehicle readiness, customer relationships, and required delivery and Department of Transportation records.

What you'll do

• Drive delivery trucks or vans safely on established routes
• load and unload merchandise
• maintain customer relationships
• conduct pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections
• report defects, accidents, and delays
• keep the vehicle clean
• complete required Department of Transportation paperwork
• collect and submit receipts, payments, and delivery records.
