What you'll do

• Welcome and assist guests
• set tables and offer water
• follow service steps
• build rapport with returning guests
• help resolve guest concerns with shift-leader support when needed
• run weekday food orders, bus items, and replenish water and cutlery stations
• ensure accurate packaging and timely dispatch of delivery and catering orders
• restock
• maintain guest and team areas
• perform restroom checks and assigned cleaning
• and support front- and back-of-house teammates.
