The General Manager — Private Club role is onsite in San Antonio, TX. Base salary is $215,000–$260,000 per year, with an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary. Club Giraud is a private city club with a historic San Antonio setting, personalized hospitality, and philanthropic support for arts education and historic preservation. Reporting to the President and Board of Directors, the General Manager leads club operations, staff, financial performance, and the member experience. The role is intended to protect the club’s traditions while increasing member engagement and utilization through dining, events, programming, communication, and thoughtful operational development.

What you'll do

• Lead club operations and staff development
• build relationships with members and guests
• maintain hospitality, food, beverage, and event standards
• develop programming and strategies to increase member utilization
• partner with the President and Board
• prepare and manage operating and capital budgets
• provide financial reporting
• oversee facilities, communications, safety, compliance, and risk management.
