What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and sustain CNC Swiss-style lathes
• perform changeovers and debug programs to improve cycle time and capability
• fabricate, deburr, and finish parts
• interpret blueprints, routers, inspection check-sheets, and work instructions
• measure parts with precision instruments and record results
• provide feedback to CNC programmers and maintain setup documentation
• support new product introduction and troubleshooting
• guide teammates and support training
• advance lean practices and continuous improvement
• execute the production plan to meet delivery goals.
