Security Operations Center Analyst

What you'll do

• Monitor security events using SIEM data from network and host-based detection systems, infrastructure, systems, applications, and databases
• investigate intrusion attempts and analyze exploits
• proactively monitor and respond to known and emerging threats
• analyze SOC and SIEM data and determine whether further analysis is needed
• recommend enhancements to security standards and practices
• manage customer security awareness training
• analyze vulnerability scans and determine remediation steps
• stay current on security events and techniques
• build awareness through training and education.
