Field Service Foreman

The Field Service Foreman role is onsite in Allentown, PA. Compensation is $35–$40 per hour. Clearsite Industrial Services provides hydrovac, vacuum excavation, and industrial and environmental field services. This hands-on leadership role coordinates field crews, equipment, and schedules while serving as a key contact for customers and management. It helps ensure field projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer expectations and company standards.

What you'll do

• Lead daily industrial field service operations and crews
• coordinate schedules and equipment assignments
• communicate with customers and management
• promote safety and regulatory compliance
• inspect equipment and work areas for hazards
• operate equipment and company vehicles according to training and requirements
• guide crew members
• manage project documentation and assist with job reconciliation and review.
