What you'll do

• Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care
• Serve as a resource person for staff
• Assist with admission and discharge processes
• Participate in ongoing assessment of patient care quality
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers
• Support a patient-first philosophy.
