The role helps ensure older adults can access organized programs, meals, events, and services, and serves as acting director when the program director is absent.

What you'll do

• Meet prospective older adult clients, provide tours and orientations, and assist with registration
• maintain client records and membership lists
• record and deposit departmental revenue
• track lunch reservations and attendance
• contribute to newsletters
• organize lunch, event, and field-trip reservations
• schedule and support volunteers
• assist with programming and trips
• serve as acting director when needed
• assist with lunch service as needed.
