The Field Property Technician – Photos and Condition Reports role is an onsite field position in the Surprise, AZ area, paying $18 per hour. OnSight PROS supports technicians with a team while they document rental homes for property managers. The role exists to provide property managers with clear visual records and notes about home conditions. Technicians visit single-family homes, take photos, report observed issues, provide courteous on-site service, and perform light maintenance tasks when needed, following company procedures while working independently.

What you'll do

• Visit single-family homes to document property conditions
• take detailed photos and note observed issues
• provide professional and courteous on-site customer service
• maintain confidentiality of property information
• perform light maintenance when needed, including replacing smoke alarm batteries and air filters and fixing door stops
• work independently under company guidelines and procedures.
