What you'll do

• Perform groundskeeping, housekeeping, and common-area cleaning
• schedule and complete preventive maintenance
• diagnose and perform minor or routine repairs in homes and throughout the property
• inspect and coordinate make-ready repairs and services
• perform additional duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
