Senior Project Manager / Project Executive

The Senior Project Manager / Project Executive role is onsite in North Las Vegas, NV, with annual pay of $130,000–$170,000. Coalition Glass provides glazing and cladding solutions for construction projects across the Western United States and Hawaii. The project executive manages construction efforts to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements. The role coordinates design development, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and internal and external stakeholders to support successful project execution and closeout.

What you'll do

• Coordinate post-sale design development
• review contract documents and propose changes to manage risk
• establish project roles and responsibilities
• coordinate project buyout, RFPs, bids, purchase orders, and vendor shop drawings
• manage schedules, project costs, material delivery, field labor tracking, and change orders
• coordinate quality assurance and quality control documentation
• oversee punch-list completion and closeout submittals.
