The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Princeton Junction, NJ, with compensation of $22–$28 per hour. Links ABA Therapy provides one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in their homes. The technician implements behavior plans under BCBA supervision, collects data on treatment goals, and shares strategies and progress updates with families. The work supports children in building communication, social, and independence skills.
