What you'll do

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• maintain a steady supply of clean items
• prioritize dishwashing and communicate support needs
• keep the dish area and surrounding workspace clean and organized
• monitor supplies
• dispose of trash and recyclables
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
