• Analyze physical inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and shipping-error data
• conduct inventories and daily cycle counts
• investigate customer overage and shortage claims
• review stock availability and accuracy
• update inventory reports and records
• manage schedules and priorities
• communicate with customers
• print and manage labels
• prepare hold and damage reports
• and coordinate hold-product notifications, recalls, and mock recalls.
