What you'll do

• Lead construction management and owner’s representative duties across projects

• oversee RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, and quality control
• track progress and risks
• coordinate meetings and stakeholders
• review contractor schedules, pay applications, and change proposals
• support procurement, startup, closeout, and contract administration.
