What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including build-own-operate, lease, Water-as-a-Service supply, design-build, and O&M contracts
• maintain contract templates and playbooks
• support procurement and business development teams on RFPs and bids
• advise on drinking-water and wastewater compliance
• assist with dispute notices and outside counsel claims
• support governance, NDAs, and policy questions
• partner with operations and project-development teams to identify risks and practical solutions.
