Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator

The Plumbing Project Manager & Estimator role is onsite in Mountlake Terrace, WA. Base salary is $110,000–$140,000 per year, with anticipated total annual compensation of $160,000–$220,000. Fischer Services is growing its large-project plumbing business in the greater Seattle area. This role develops and estimates substantial plumbing opportunities, wins profitable work, and stays involved through execution and closeout. It coordinates with plumbing leadership and field teams to keep scope, budget, schedule, quality, and customer expectations aligned.

What you'll do

• Develop customer and referral pipelines
• conduct job walks
• prepare scopes, takeoffs, budgets, estimates, and proposals
• present recommendations and negotiate
• coordinate staffing, materials, permitting, sequencing, and capacity
• lead sales-to-execution transitions
• monitor project performance
• support closeout analysis
• track pipeline and project metrics.
