This role exists to provide front-line leadership to aircraft maintenance technicians, managing workloads, resources, and regulatory relationships to ensure the timely return of aircraft to service. The supervisor oversees daily maintenance processes, fosters effective communication, and supports the development of the maintenance workforce.

What you'll do

• Guides and directs terminal and hangar aircraft maintenance through crew chiefs and leads.
• Oversees implementation of plans, processes, and policies.
• Ensures efficient crew utilization.
• Maintains relationships with airport management, FAA, TSA, and vendors.
• Identifies training needs and provides feedback for coaching and development.
