Production Lead

The Production Lead role is onsite in Orlando, FL. Pay is $22 per hour, depending on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM and overtime as required by business needs. The role supports production operations in a manufacturing facility. The lead coordinates a crew of three to five team members, communicates management expectations, and helps maintain safety, quality, and productivity. The role also supports training and completion of the daily work schedule.

What you'll do

• Keep production team members on task
• ensure proper personal protective equipment and safety procedures
• ensure quality checks are completed and documented
• complete daily work schedules and coordinate with other supervisors
• report equipment issues to maintenance
• communicate safety, quality, and productivity concerns to production management
• coordinate production employees
• demonstrate equipment and safety procedures
• implement training plans
• monitor work and production indicators.
