Process Technician

What you'll do

• Perform daily checks on Process Verification Sheets and Machine Daily Rounds.
• Respond immediately to ANDON signals.
• Maintain production documentation and forms.
• Monitor molding processes and perform parameter adjustments.
• Support die setters and material handlers during job changes.
• Ensure product quality through 10-shot cycle verification.
• Supervise the shift in the absence of the supervisor.
• Maintain plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards.
