What you'll do

• Track project completion percentages
• prepare AIA billing packages, including G703, G704, and G701 forms
• update lien waiver trackers and collect executed waivers
• prepare invoice cover sheets and supporting documents
• manage certificates of insurance for billing compliance
• coordinate billing with project managers
• maintain billing records
• assist with finance and administrative tasks.
