What you'll do

• Coach three to six small-group or team training sessions per day, five to six days per week
• support a cohort of 20–40 members with check-ins and progress tracking
• lead and attend community events, workshops, and challenges
• assist with gym operations
• create weekly social media stories that educate and engage the local audience.
