The work helps clients structure and execute financing transactions while maintaining practical, business-oriented counsel and strong client relationships.

What you'll do

• Represent lenders and borrowers in financing transactions
• advise on private credit, syndicated credit facilities, structured credit, receivables, distressed, and growth capital financings
• draft, review, and negotiate financing documents
• conduct legal due diligence
• assist with transaction structuring and execution
• coordinate with legal teams and manage multiple transactions.
