This position supports the Texas Support Center, helping Lifespace Communities drive occupancy and growth. The role exists to lead sales performance, occupancy growth, and Independent Living expansion across multiple communities. The Director is responsible for coaching sales teams, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies that deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Partner with and mentor Community Sales Directors.
• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and pricing.
• Drive lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors, Marketing, and Operations to align sales efforts with business goals.
