The purpose of the venous thromboembolism (VTE) Nurse Practitioner role is to ensure high quality VTE prevention care is embedded throughout the organization with the aim of reducing preventable patient harm from hospital associated thrombosis. The VTE NP will be an integral part of the multi-disciplinary thrombosis
