What you'll do

• Lead the spa, wellness, and retail experience
• develop treatments, wellness programming, and local partnerships
• integrate wellness into guest stays, packages, events, and VIP experiences
• develop revenue and profitability strategies
• manage retail assortment, merchandising, pricing, inventory, and vendor partnerships
• use performance data to optimize operations
• lead and develop the team
• manage budgets, forecasts, labor, expenses, and financial results
• collaborate with hotel leadership and ownership.
