What you'll do

• Operate and maintain waterjet and/or plasma machines
• manage production, quality, production logs, and programs
• perform scheduled maintenance and assist maintenance when requested
• monitor consumables, remove scrap, and report deficiencies
• use materials and programs as specified by Production Control
• work with Quality Assurance on cut-part quality, tolerances, statistics, and ISO 9000 certification
• follow safety practices and wear required protective equipment
• maintain bar inventory and an orderly, clean work area.
