What you'll do

• Participate in company and departmental training
• rotate through Procurement, Operations, Crewing, Human Resources, Finance, and leadership
• support planning, workflow optimization, and project coordination
• contribute to process automation and technology-focused projects
• assist managers with daily tasks, reporting, planning, and decision-making
• analyze business performance and collaborate on operational efficiency initiatives.
