What you'll do

• Oversee receiving and ensure inbound materials are inspected, verified, and documented
• verify outbound shipments against orders and instructions
• coordinate with Procurement and Quality to resolve discrepancies and supplier issues
• ensure accurate ERP/MRP transactions
• maintain a safe, organized warehouse layout and proper material storage
• schedule material and component delivery to production
• maintain inventory through cycle counts and audits
• investigate inventory variances
• assign dock doors and manage trailer loading
• hire, train, coach, and manage warehouse personnel
• monitor shipping, accuracy, productivity, and dock-throughput KPIs.
