What you'll do

• Assist veterinarians with advanced patient care and specialty procedures
• perform and monitor anesthesia and sedation protocols
• assist with surgery and recovery
• complete treatments and medical records
• operate and maintain in-house diagnostic equipment
• obtain and process digital and dental radiographs
• provide nursing care, restraint, and husbandry
• communicate patient updates, admissions, and discharges to clients
• maintain treatment areas and surgical suites
• assist with training and mentoring
• follow DEA, New York State radiation safety, and hospital protocols.
