Customer Account Advisor

The Customer Account Advisor role is onsite in Cortez, CO, with compensation of $17–$18 per hour. The role supports the Customer Accounts Department with lease agreement renewals at Aaron’s. The advisor contacts customers whose leases have not been renewed, explains the benefits of timely renewal payments, documents customer commitments, and maintains customer information. The position also performs specified tire and wheel work and supports safe operation of company vehicles and equipment.

What you'll do

• Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements
• counsel customers on timely renewal payments
• document customer promises and update store-system records
• install and balance wheels and tires, check fit, rotate tires, and repair damaged tires as directed
• safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• maintain updated customer information.
