What you'll do

• Coordinate outpatient diagnostic studies including MRI, MRA, CT, CTA, CT myelogram, DEXA, carotid Doppler, and other assigned studies
• research payer requirements and obtain prior authorizations
• provide facilities with orders and authorization information
• communicate scheduling details, instructions, and next steps to patients
• maintain accurate and timely records in the electronic medical record and tracking systems
• identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or conflicting information
• collaborate with patients, physicians, clinical staff, facilities, insurers, and departments.
