What you'll do

• Operate roaster, grinder, flavor mixer, and packaging machines
• follow procedures for coffee quality and food safety
• complete equipment checklists and production records
• monitor process control points and inspect packaging weights, seals, codes, and dates
• collect samples for quality testing
• participate in food safety audits and work with the QA team
• perform line changeovers, set machine parameters, and complete preventive maintenance
• make emergency line repairs as needed
• maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

Why this role

Previous coffee roasting, packaging, and flavoring experience is required, along with at least one year of mechanical troubleshooting experience.
