Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist role is onsite in Buzzards Bay, MA, with compensation of $27–$30 per hour. Roessel Joy is recruiting for a role that owns the full accounts receivable cycle. The position exists to keep billing, collections, cash application, receipts, and customer deductions accurate and current. As the sole accounts receivable contact, the specialist will also take over process knowledge and customer relationships through cross-training.

What you'll do

• Generate and issue customer invoices
• manage collections and follow up on past-due accounts
• apply payments to open invoices
• process and reconcile daily cash receipts
• investigate and resolve customer deductions and claims within five business days
• cross-train with the departing Accounts Receivable Specialist.
