House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position in Dinuba, CA. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a comprehensive education and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role is designed for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples will reside in on-campus student homes, offering care, guidance, and supervision to approximately 8-13 students. The primary purpose is to create a structured, family-like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
