What you'll do
- Lead the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence
- conduct clinical rounds and address resident concerns
- supervise, evaluate, and mentor nursing staff
- approve final weekly schedules
- assist with hiring and onboarding
- enforce facility policies, clinical standards, and state regulations
- coordinate care with physicians and external providers
- and maintain infection-control standards and provide education.
