Assistant Controller

What you'll do

• Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
• prepare and analyze GAAP financial statements
• maintain the general ledger and internal controls
• perform product cost analysis and cost variance reporting
• lead inventory accounting
• partner with operations and manufacturing teams on production efficiency and cost drivers
• assist with budgeting and forecasting
• prepare management reports and dashboards
• coordinate with external auditors
• recommend process improvements
• support special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Why this role
